Honest Auto in Plymouth is great. I have used these guys a few times and have never been disappointed in the service from Nick. I brought my jeep in recently to have my brakes inspected after being told elsewhere that I needed them and that they would be $2k plus to replace. Nick could have easily told me that they needed replacement but to my surprise they were sitting at about 50% and weren’t needed. Since they inspected these for free I had them do all of my other recommended services. I will always bring my cars here moving forward.

I highly recommend Honest Auto! I loved the text scheduling and update system. Drop off was very easy and flexible with clear after hours instructions. Nick took great care to thoroughly detail what was wrong with my car, what he recommended, and prioritized the fixes from most urgent to least. I was able to review the recommendations and see a cost estimate, and then approve or decline each service before work was done. The transparency was fantastic. The work was done very quickly and the cost was very reasonable. Nick even checked in to see how my car was doing a week later.
